Autumn time is here once more
Monday 12th September 2016
Autumn is here and such a fantastic time of the year to get married! The spectacular array of golds, reds and oranges of Autumn look absolutely fabulous against the various shades of white of bridal gowns.
Always remember that wedding flowers not only have to look beautiful the bride can also create a personal language of flowers within her bouquet and the flowers for the whole ceremony too.
The language of flowers was created during the Victorian era and was a romantic lovers way of corresponding with flowers instead of words; i.e.Red Chrysanthemum = love, whereas Red Roses = love and desire, Orchid = love and beauty, Forget-me-not = faithful love and memory, true love. Today this tradition is still used within the Royal Family.
There is such an abundance of gorgeous flowers to choose from so the bride can convey her own personal emotions on her special day!
